Trained at Harrow School of Arts in 1967 under Victor Margrie and Mick Casson.  Initially interested in high fired domestic pots thrown in series reflecting influences from Oriental and British country pots. 

Exhibited in several solo and many shared exhibitions in Britain and abroad.
