Born and brought up in California.  

After moving to England to marry in 1968, discovered the lure of clay when handling handmade bowls in a Cardiff market. Mainly self taught but in 1987 she attend a part-time post-graduate course at Goldsmith's College in London.

Work is stoneware, raw glazed, slip decorated and once fired soda glazed.
